Two perks block gen for whole match

I just played a match as Dracula in Chaos Shuffle. I was on Haddonfiled and my build was: starstruck, hysteria, grim embrace and undone.
I managed to somehow block the gen in the middle of the street for the whole match.
I hooked a survivor right next to that gen and then went in to get rid of my 6 stacks of undone. Then undone blocked the generator and because i went away from the hook after kicking the gen, grim embrace also activated indirectly blocking the gen as well. It was my first grim stack. After that the gen did not get unblocked for the entire match.
It was not a visual bug. I communicated to one of the survivors to work on the gen and they couldnt. I couldnt kick the gen either.
