Bloodweb resetting, not refunding bloodpoints

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Level up ghost face and get an errror message and it send me to the title screen, when i log in the level is reset but bloodpoints are still missing

PLATFORM: ps5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Select killer: ghostface

Go to bloodweb

Level up
