RTM server connection

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: cannot play the game due to inability to connect to RTM server. My date/time are correct, I have reset my ps5 and router several times. All software is update. Still will not connect. Every other game I have works fine

PLATFORM: ps5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: literally just hit play game
