I can't pick a category when posting a new discussion/question/etc

I'm using Microsoft Edge and I'm unable to select a category from the list when I try to post a new question, discussion or anything else on the forums. The list shows up but I try to click on the things in the list and nothing happens. What do I do?

    This Japanese subforum is the only one that was selectable from the category list. I didn't want to post here, but I'm unable to post anywhere else & don't know how to get my issue known to the appropriate DBD staff to fix it unless I posted it here. Please help. I don't have this problem with any other website or forum.
