No TR for Spirit’s husk after phasing

Spirit’s husk bug has not yet been acknowledged since February -March of this year.
The Husk loses its Terror Radius after beginning phasing 1 second after and doesn’t come back until Spirit stops phasing.
This affects all platforms.
Please fix it.
