XBOX - Chase not triggered in game with some killers

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When the killer encounters a survivor the game does not trigger the chase affecting the killer without the ability to obtain bloodlust or other things.
PLATFORM: XBOX
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Selected the killer "The hag"
- Finding a Match
- Finding an Survivor but chase doesnt work.

Apparently this bug only occurs with the following killers: Trapper, Wraith, Hillbilly, Huntress, Nurse, Shape, Nightmare, Pig, Legion, Hag, Doctor, Cannibal, Clown, Spirit, Plague and it does not happen with the other killers.
