Champion of Light should let you rummage for a yellow flashlight

Getting Champion of Light in chaos shuffle made me realize it's the only survivor perk that requires you to use a certain item but doesn't give you any guaranteed way to actually get that item.
Unlike Residual Manifest and Scavenger which let you rummage for their associated items, Champion of Light has no such feature and it would be a simple but nice QoL addition.

i think it would be cool if champion of light activated a flashbang effect if you stun a killer after the killer recovery's from the pallet stun. it would allow the perk to function on its own. It would also be a decent indirect buff to Smash hit if used in synergy.
