Extremly bright room

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When i join some rounds there is sometimes an extremely bright room. Its always like rainbow colored, like green or red at the edges, the main part of the room is blindingly white.
I have noticed it on multiple maps and in different rooms, but its usually only one room per round and my friends see it too in the same round in the same room. For me its always in a enclosed room or basement.
It happens not to frequent and i noticed it in public and custom rounds. I only saw it as a survivor so far but when playing in a custom round with a friend she told me she can see it too as a killer
