Weird buzzing plays in background when playing DBD

I have this weird buzzing sound while I play DBD, while it isnt the worst and atm I am just coping with it until my new audio interface arrives, hoping that could fix the issue. I spent several hours today trying to fix it myself to no luck, below is some of the things I tried.
Rolled back Realtek audio driver and updated
completely uninstalled driver and installed new driver from official website
disabled my EQ Software from launching and restarted PC
disabled steam overlay
went into config files and played around with a few audio related settings
removed and cleaned into AUX output
Validated DBD files through steam
removed reshader
