So The Unknown is just being nerfed?

There is no mention of the Unknown in the most recent Dev Update, there was a lot of feedback given about his teleport cooldown, how the movement speed decay change doesn't matter because you can still tap the power and the HUD icons, is the feedback about these being ignored or what?

They confirmed on reddit they are reverting the movement speed change and reducing the amount of icons in the hud

We've reverted the movement speed change and condensed some of the HUD icons to clean it up. These just weren't mentioned in the post for the sake of length since they were very minor changes and had very little discussion compared to other topics during the PTB.
