SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Games keep disconnecting from the server.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Sometimes it happens during the load into a map where it will just disconnect me from the server. Sometimes it's while I'm playing in a match and the server disconnects.
