SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: item description formatting in endgame screen is inconsistent and differs from the one in the loadout section.
In the "hard hat" addon case the are several mistakes in the endgame screen version:
1. a random "</>" at the end of the effect
2. the second string after the bullet point is not padded from the left
3. no blank line between description and flavour text
