What to do about hateful users in end-game chat?

I just finished a match as solo queue survivor with two other survivors that queued in together.
Needless to say, they were what you expect from the stereotypical hate-filled always online individuals.

With that said, because I was cleansing dull totems, they ended up getting quite upset and threw the match & used me as a scapegoat to blame for them both dying quickly in chases. I did everything right in that match, I got iri lightbringer, gold benevelent, & iri evader.

I realized these two were out to get me when I realized during the match they were constantly trying to bodyblock me, lead the killer to me, & even worked with the killer to help find me.

Needless to say during end-game chat, I argued with them but ultimately cooled off and tried reasoning "politely" with them to figure out why they were raging which they told me as I aforementioned, they were INCREDIBLY upset that I was cleansing all the totems, to which I told them I have a challenge, and besides, it helped with me taking protection hits & limited Hex: plaything.

They repeatedly throughout this interaction told me things that I personally believe would get a users account terminated/banned but I will not repeat it here as it can be triggering & just not needed to repeat.

My ultimate question is, what is the best way of going about contacting support to ensure proper action is taken against these two users?

I do not mean to be difficult, but in the past I have reported DBD steam guides to DBD moderators that had both pornographic content & school children located in the guide (pictures). I reported this multiple times to DBD moderators to the point where I was not able to report it to them. After I direct replied to DBD moderator about the guide, I myself was permanently banned from the Dead by Daylight steam discussion forum. It was not until I reported the guide DIRECTLY to steam, that action was taken and the guide was taken down for pornographic content that also had pictures of children included in the guide.

I am just hoping that the reports I sent in are received by Moderators/Employee's that do not ignore the report as happened before.

Thank you & have a nice weekend!

While it is punishable i im not sure that you can do anything.

Last time i reported a guy ran a whole build based on finding hes team and working with the killer, that on top of that stood in front of the hook and kept grabbing the team mates on the hook just to let go, so they could not get any escape chances, and dragging the time as the hook would not progress, all while while the killer stood next to them and watched. I had video evidence and the response i got was that they could not identify the person. He was reported both in game and on a form, and with a video clearly showing hes name.

Report and move on with your day.
Don't engage with them, they are mad as hell over a video game and you are not.

Play on console (because no chat) or close end game chat on PC.

You will never have a problem again.
