Jonah's leg cosmetic gives wrong footstep sounds

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Jonah has a leg outfit piece called "Dolphin Kick" which used to have the barefoot footstep sounds when running around (the same sound as Thalita's barefoot outfit piece), but it got reverted to the default sound and it's been this way for a long time now. This desperate Jonah main asks to get his barefoot footstep sounds back lol

PLATFORM: Only checked pc (steam to be specific), but I would assume all
