Sole Survivor incorrect trigger

Sole Survivor is supposed to only grant tokens when another survivor is killed or sacrificed but it also grants tokens when they escape & then leave the lobby (can't be spectating)

PLATFORM: PC - Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Run Sole Survivor Perk
  2. Have another survivor escape
  3. Have the survivor who escaped leave the game lobby (can't be spectating or in post game screen)

    It also gains a token when you die, which is probably not relevant but might be useful for the devs
