Initialization error

Basically I had a issue pop up when trying to achieve and rift. I closed game and now trying to enter it won't initialize at all. Popping up with Initialization error. My date and time are synced and everything. I cleared cache and am trying to re-download. This is fair as I was trying to finish the rift and don't think I should be losing out on the rift cause of this issue. What can I do?
