Why is my game like this and how do i fix it

After coming back to the game after 4 months, the graphics and textures on my game are all low poly and blurry and take forever to load, they will also cause lag spikes during matches as well. I checked my memory, pc temperature, CPU, graphics drivers, but there was nothing wrong with them, the game was fine 4 months ago, can anyone help?
