Buff idea for bite the bullet and technician

is the same buff idea for both, to become undetectable and stopping the survivors from screaming while healing for BTB, and while doing gens for technician, a sharing both perks effects with any cooperating survivor, and with the survivor being healed, also the buff could last some seconds after completing the heal/gen (only completing, not if stopped unfinished).
