SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Victor couldn't move at his usual speed, couldn't charge and pounce or switch back to Charlotte. He was way slower than survivors.
PLATFORM: PC - Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
When I switched from Charlotte to Victor during a chase, I got bugged. My PC is fine, no lags, 120 fps. No internet issues. Sometimes The Twins get another bug when the map becomes WAY darker than usual after Charlotte-Victor switch too. Couldn't attach a video (its way too big).
