Guys, help me with the login problems

Good afternoon recently, after a long break from the game, I wanted to download and play again. I downloaded

but I couldn't log in

I click open DBD, the EAC screensaver opens, loads loads, and eventually everything closes

What I didn't do

Updated VC++

Updated Windows

Updated the Steam Firewood

Checked the integrity of the game files reinstalled

I tried various guides on YouTube where they advised me to delete the EAC files did not help

The complete removal of EAC and DBD did not help

Resetting network settings

There are no conflit applications

The cache has been cleared

I've tried many other things in compatibility mode

Answers
