SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
In Level 50 of the new Rift, the 'Nostalgic Axe' charm is already unlocked despite being on Tier 50 and added to my character's inventories. See screenshots:
I remember the developers mentioning a surprise or easter egg with the Soma Cruz cosmetic, so it could be that this is it.
