No dialogue for legendary Soma Cruz skin

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I've noticed that every time I load into a game with the Soma skin it says through subtitles that he's speaking but I cannot hear anything. I checked all my settings and audio and made sure that it wasn't just on my end but it seems every time the subtitles claim soma is speaking I can't hear it.
