Moment of Glory icon sometimes remains lit after it heals

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

I don't know what causes it, but sometimes after a heal is completed from moment of glory, the perk will remain lit up. Opening chests won't affect the icon, but still give charges.Health states changing doesn't fix it either.

PLATFORM: Xbox Series X|S

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I think it's something about if you're downed or hooked when after meeting the chest conditions but before the heal goes through. It's happened enough times now though that it must be a somewhat reproducable.

    I came across the glitch again and tried to open 2 chests - when I was later hit, it activated and I became broken - so it's just a visual glitch. You still have to open chests to activate it but because the icon is fully lit, you don't have an indication of how many you need
