PC No Noise Notifications as Victor

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Since the update, when playing Twins, you do not get any noise notification when playing Victor.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Step 1: Pick Twins
Step 2: Down Survivor
Step 3: Hook Survivor
Step 4: Swap to Victor
Step 5: Have Survivor unhook
Step 6: Notice there are no noise notifications on Victor

    Can confirm no noise notification when survivor gets unhooked.
