Bonfire faire skin not appearing in first person

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: the unknown skin (bonfire faire) isnt showing up when in first person. But viewing from 3rd person and Hallucinations apear correct. Also the weapon is cliping through the unknowns hand (first and third)

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: just noticed a few after a few games while running the new skin.
