OTR bug.

Has anyone else noticed that the OTR bug is back? I've had a few games now where fully healed survivors who aren't running any syringe or septic while in chase i hit them once go to injure, go to hit them again, they get deep wound, they also didn't have dead hard. So i'm going to hate the next few weeks until OTR gets either killswitched or fixed.

They can get healed by someone else and still have OTR, that's completely normal.
