Nemesis animation power sometimes doesnt play sound/animation on survivor side

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: On survivor side Nemesis sometimes doesn't play his power sound or animation around corners JUST like the Dracula issue recently.
PLATFORM: all
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Idk if its lag or LOD issues, but the animation doesnt load giving the player no warning when his power comes out.
VIDEO: I don't have a video but it's pretty much just like the Dracula one which happened recently
PLAYER LOGS:
- Player logs are required from PC players only.
