Allow survivors to bleed themselves out faster

Mass bleedouts and slugging for the 4k have always been a thing but I've found since finisher mori was implemented people are slugging for the 4k more. It's a massive waste of time for the people being slugged and adding a way for the survivors to move onto the next match quicker would be a welcome quality of life change

but this has been problem before cypress mori. like cypress mori has been offering for years at this point. it is whole thing that survivor hide in the end game and killer slug in end game… because of like exit gate and hatch rng logic.
