Game Crash as Oni

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Game crashes when playing Oni. First time it crashed when I was walking torwards a hook. Second time it crashed like 10 seconds after hooking a survivor. Seems to be a bit random.
PLATFORM: Epic
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Play Oni
- Select green Speed addon (8%) (Yamaoka Sashimono)
- Select green Extra Duration (8 Seconds) (Kanai-Anzen Talisman)
- Zanshin Tactics
- Deerstalker
- Sloppy Butcher
- Bitter Murmur
I did try to verify the game files on epic but that didn't seem to change much.

Happened to me too on Oni, very weird

Same here 2 times in a row when i activate my power with this 3 base perks.
And addon Bloody Sash + Chipped Saihai0
