Midwich secret room not opening for survivors.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When triggered, the secret clock tower room will not open for survivors, only for killers. Killers can see the room and chest, but survivors just see the door as closed.
PLATFORM: I was on my Xbox Series X, and my friend was on a Xbox One.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was facing this issue in live lobbies, so I went into a custom match with my friend to set up the bug to see if it really was bugged. We completed the necessary steps to trigger the secret clock tower door, but once end game collapse started, the door was closed on my screen, but open on their's.
