How come all the Stranger Things achievements are still retired on Steam (not sure about Console)

It has been over 10 months since we saw the Chapter return in Dead by Daylight in early November 2023, which brought back of course the survivors, killer and the map. With previous perks that were belonging to these killers or survivors going back to under a license, where before they were a base kit and freely unlockable perk before it came back.
Since then, I've wondered why the achievements were not brought back. Is this an issue with not being able to bring them back once they're retired? As all the old hatch achievements are the same before that was changed.
