SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using a skill, it is immediately canceled, and a cooldown begins. There is no animation of guitar and dice rolling.
Yesterday the skill worked fine, but today it does not work at all.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: take Bardic Inspiration, press the skill activation button.
