Outta Nowhere Achievement Bugged for All Platforms

It has been constantly notified that on all systems through every possible manner of obtaining a hit while undetectable be it from a perk or a killer, there is 0 progress that gets tracked for this achievement. I am posting this cause as is usual with a bugged achievement, there is literally no evidence of a fix coming any time soon including in the latest bugfix patch notes where this is not even being labelled as a "known issue".
