What is going on with the servers?

This past week I have consistently been getting 100-200 ping along with all the other players in my lobby, I just had a match where everyone had 250-350 ping. Bubba kept going into tantrum for no reason, I was getting hit 5 meters away and Object Of Obsession would proc 5 seconds late.
Can I get any input on this?
EDIT: Just wondering if anyone can see this post as below it says "Content removed". Idk if that was my post or anothers comment
