Anyone having issues with DBD booting incredibly slowly since the latest updates?

My DBD since the latest updates is taking anywhere from 5-10 minutes to boot for some reason. Computer is fine as running a 3070/ryzen 7 5800xd/32gb ddr4. Anyone who may have experienced this have a fix?

Sometimes my first games character models look like PS1 graphics as well.
