Achievement "Desperate Escape" not tracking correctly

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I got progress for this achievement when I should not have gotten progress. Another player DID get hit within 3 seconds of me fast vaulting which could potentially be the cause for this tracking error.
In the video you can see another player going down followed by me fast vaulting a window. In the top right you can see the achievement popping up
