Chucky stuck in first person POV

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was stuck in first person and could see INSIDE Chuckys head. Vision was obscured by his eyes and teeth. You cannot turn properly when this happens, and breaking pumpkins, using slice & dice, and vaulting did not fix it. Couldn't hook a survivor or get one to stun me so I'm not sure if that would fix it. If you walk backwards you are still in first person but cannot see the inside of his head anymore. Hitting animations would not be first person but were very zoomed in, stuck where his head was when the animation started.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I loaded into a Haunted by Daylight match and vaulted a window (didn't scamper) in the main building of Ormond and fell from a large height. Once I landed I was stuck in first person and could see inside Chuckys head.
