Is there every going to be cosmetic reworks for old skins?

For issues like this, I was curious if there was ever any talk about reworking super old cosmetics? I feel like it could be a good financial decision from them but also appease people that have skins like this and know that they need to be redone (me). This Meg bottom would be SO FREAKING CUTE if they just did some tweaking to how it fits her. This is the reason I don't play Meg much anymore even though I love a lot of her cosmetics.
