New Skull Merchant is... weird.
I actually kind of like the big reward for rotations, but slowing you down to 4.4 again when you have your tracker out is stupid, on top of that it promotes a really braindead boring playstyle of just spam rotating all your drones on the off chance you can get the Haste. On top of that, it's very odd that you actually BUFFED the amount of Haste she gets from scans, it used to be 3% (or 3.75% with Expired Batteries) and now it's 5%. On top of that the stupid Hinder is still in the game (Something I have asked to be removed since her rework btw) so the speed differential can actually be even worse than it was before, since the Haste is 2% better.
I still personally think that fine we can keep the crappy 1 scan line on Drones, keep the no Stealth Mode, but just remove the Hinder entirely and bring back 3% Haste from any Scan. The playstyle this new SM promotes is so braindead and boring, you just sit at a loop and spam rotate until they get Claw Trapped because you slow down while using Tracker so 1 scan isn't good enough to catch up even at 5%, and the Hinder is still strong.
Oh also, remove the immunity on fast vaults, that's just lame and exists for no reason other than to make her feel even more clunky. Which is the best way to describe this rework, clunky.
