Perk idea for hook

I think having a perk that allows you (the survivor) to teleport at random to a different hook/ cage location than the one you're currently on. The idea is that this would help with proxy camping and what not. We saw something like this in 2v8 where the survivor would teleport to another location if the killer lingered near by.
another, which i saw in another forum post. is to remove the unhook noise notification. this will help alleviate the annoyance of killers immediately running back to hook the moment the noise goes off. You can counter this by just paying attention to your hud.
