Rubber Banding is driving me nuts

For weeks now I'm having severe rubber banding issues. It got to the point where I haven't played DBD for weeks because my xbox console, DBD on steam AND windows xbox app all have rubber banding issues. Nothing seems to be getting done about it. It isn't my internet as I have zero issues with that. Please advise.
