Lobbies crash every two games on ps4-ps5

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:lobbies crash every two games and gets stuck on the loading screen

PLATFORM: ps4 pro-ps5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

-when the match is starting and the timer ends

-when u join a lobby the background is dark then crashes at the end of the timer

-sometimes crashes after offering screen being stuck at the load screen (needs to restart game)

-and it always crashes when you’re playing with friends(ps4-5)/custom matches

its usually now- crash>restarting the game>two normal matches>crash again

literally can’t play with friends right now and it has been like this for a while (after the castlevania chapter) and every time it crashes for a different person on both ps4 and ps5

Off topic but felix‘s koi collector shirt clips at the sleeves specially when opening a gate (sorry)
