Why Do PS4 Versions of Games Have Menu Music on PS5, But PS5 Versions Don’t?

Why does the PS4 version of some games, like Dead by Daylight and LEGO Star Wars, play background music in the PS5 menu, but the PS5 versions of the same games do not? Many PS5 titles have music that plays when you hover over them on the main menu, but it seems inconsistent across versions. Is there a reason for this, and is there a way to enable the music for both versions on PS5?
