Dissolution perk bugged on The Wraith

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Under certain conditions with certain addons, using the perk Dissolution on The Wraith will cause him to be unable to attack survivors until cloaking and uncloaking again.
PLATFORM:
PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- The Build used in the video below uses 2 add-ons which could be the cause of the bug. "The Beast" which makes The Wraith's terror radius visible while cloaked, and "The Serpent" which makes The Wraith uncloak after breaking a pallet, wall, or damaging a generator.
- While in a match, injure a survivor by any means to activate Dissolution after 3 seconds.
- Remain uncloaked, if a survivor fast vaults a pallet while Dissolution is active, the pallet will break as normal and The Wraith will no longer be able to attack. Cloaking and uncloaking will fix the bug, making The Wraith able to attack again.
