Bug in event tome- I can see level 3

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I've found a bug that lets you se lever 3 in the event tome. You cant select any challanges, but hoover and see what they are.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I got here simply by choosing "go to event tome" in the event description.
