Messed up Chucky POV

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: POV of Chucky is inside his head and trying to move the character makes the screen wobble and it is basically unplayable. It fixed itself after picking up a survivor (he was still).
PLATFORM: PC (Steam)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was climbing up the longer right stairs in the main hall as chucky in Racoon City Police Station West Wing. I sprinted with hidey-ho because there was a survivor up the stairs. He dropped the pallet up the stairs, I scampered under the pallet and the POV became all messed up.
