Pauses the power gauge depletion while performing break or damage action
Increases the action speed for damaging a generator by 20%
Increases the action speed for breakable walls by 30%.

When a survivor is suffering the deep wound status effect:
Hitting a survivor during feral frenzy will cause the survivor to suffer a 5% hindered penalty for 60 seconds.

When you hit a survivor with deep wound status effect, they go down because they're already injured.
So I suppose you imply that hitting survivor with feral frenzy should trigger the effect which by itself is an incredibly lengthy slowdown, especially for the survivor that will go down on next actual hit.
the addon would be must-have to run because it would give legion chase power. it's a really bad addon design if it's not optional.

Clarified the post. Frank mixtape is a chase add-on. it gives legion a chase power but chase power is fairely poor. I am suggesting a different chase bonus to allow legion to have little more power in the chase.

the 5% hindered penalty or any hindered penalty for so long would be mandatory to run.
it's a bad design for the same reason Soma's photo pre-8.1.0 was a badly designed addon.
