Mini void portals on the generators create bright flashing lights.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When repairing a generator, the mini void portal on top of the gen flashes bright white lights. Also, occasionally, if you look at a specific angle, blue lines appear from the portal and stretch to nothing.
