SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Vecna's Pet in the basement , which used to wake up and scare, now lies motionless, no matter how much you walk around it.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Go to the basement on the Vecna map, walk around the animal behind bars.
