Brand New Parts disappeared from my add ons with Sable

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
I had 9 Brand New Parts with Sable Ward before joining a match. After finishing the match, I check her add ons, and the 9 Brand New Parts are completely gone.
Note that I did NOT select any add-on whatsoever before joining the match; I just went in with Worn-Out tools; no add-on attached.
